Development and Project Management
We provide a range of services to real estate investors to quickly turn their investment properties to maximize occupancy rates. We ensure that investors get the estimates for approval, and invoices for payments from the contractors. We provide before and after pictures to investors, while updating investors during the entire process. After the property is developed, we do the final cleaning of the property to make it move-in ready. Our VIP Client Services are completely turn-key and comprehensive.
